Jazmine Sullivan finally won a Grammy award at the 64th Annual Grammy award, after being nominated 15 times.

Every year for the past decade fans expected Jasmine to walk away with a Grammy but she always went back home empty handed.

However last year her album "Heaux Tales" not only earned her 2 number 1 spot on the billboard, she also went home with 2 Grammy awards for one of them best R&B Performance  for "pick up your feelings."

She called the award a win for Black Women who found solace in the album "Heaux Tales"

No capping, believe me when I say, there aren't up to five singers who can efficiently deliver on this song. She let all her heart into it, and well, rest is history.

I guess, there really is always light at the end of the tunnel. Everyone knew she deserved a Grammy, she was nominated too many times it started to feel like a spite. But finally, here we are.
